Intimation of change.—Every blood bank shall intimate to the State Medical Council, in Form 29 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Medical Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
