Surrender of certificate.—Every blood bank who ceases to carry on the running of a blood bank shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Medical Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 21 of the manner in which every sample held by him has been disposed of.
