Intimation of change.—Every landlord letting premises to foreigners shall intimate to the Protector of Emigrants, in Form B and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Protector of Emigrants shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
