Surrender of certificate.—Every landlord letting premises to foreigners who ceases to carry on the letting of premises to foreigners shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Protector of Emigrants in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every passport held by him has been disposed of.
