Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any landlord letting premises to foreigners dies, his legal representative shall, within seven days of the death, intimate the death to the Protector of Emigrants in Form C, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every employment contract then held; and the Protector of Emigrants shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
