Application for registration.—Every co-developer carrying on the development of infrastructure in a Special Economic Zone shall make an application for registration to the Government of Punjab in Form ANF-2A, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every foreign exchange held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
