Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the toddy tapper shall apply to the Collector in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Collector shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
