Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any e-sign service provider dies, his legal representative shall, within three days of the death, intimate the death to the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team in Form A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every security audit report then held; and the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team shall enter the intimation in the register within fifteen days of its receipt.
