Surrender of certificate.—Every e-sign service provider who ceases to carry on the provision of electronic signature services shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every register of users held by him has been disposed of.
