Fees.—The fee of ten thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of twenty-five thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form B; and the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within three days of its receipt.
