Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a dharamshala who ceases to carry on the keeping of a dharamshala shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Deputy Charity Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every donation receipt held by him has been disposed of.
