Application for registration.—Every keeper of a dharamshala carrying on the keeping of a dharamshala shall make an application for registration to the Commissioner of Endowments in Form C, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every donation receipt held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
