Intimation of change.—Every cable landing station operator shall intimate to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, in Form B and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
