Forms.—The forms specified in the Schedule shall be used for the purposes for which they are so specified, and where no form is specified for any purpose, an application, return or intimation which contains the particulars these regulations require shall be sufficient; Form 41 and Form 29 shall be supplied by the District Registering Authority on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees, and a form so supplied shall bear the date on which it was supplied and shall be used within twenty-one days of that date.
