Authorised agent.—Any importer of drugs may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these regulations, shall intimate to the District Registering Authority in Form 25 the name and address of the agent within fourteen days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within twenty-one days of the revocation.
