Safe custody.—Every importer of drugs shall keep every prescription to which these regulations apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the import of drugs is carried on, shall record in Form 20 the description of every prescription so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the District Registering Authority within forty-five days of the close of each year.
