Regulation 3, National Medical Commission (Fees of Importers of drugs) Regulations, 2023 [S40-5DP]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the importer of drugs shall apply to the District Registering Authority in Form 29 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the District Registering Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
