Application for registration.—Every owner of a telecommunication tower carrying on the erection of telecommunication towers shall make an application for registration to the Universal Service Obligation Fund in Form G, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five lakh rupees and a statement of every subscriber record held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
