Intimation of change.—Every owner of a telecommunication tower shall intimate to the Universal Service Obligation Fund, in Form H and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Universal Service Obligation Fund shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
