Surrender of certificate.—Every displaced person who ceases to carry on the allotment of property to a displaced person shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Rehabilitation Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every award held by him has been disposed of.
