Fees.—The fee of four thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of one thousand six hundred rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Registrar of Copyrights by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form TM-A; and the Registrar of Copyrights shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within sixty days of its receipt.
