Application for registration.—Every user of water for industry carrying on the use of water for industry shall make an application for registration to the Tribunal in Form B, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every source of water held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
