Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the occupier shall apply to the Corporation in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Corporation shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
