Intimation of change.—Every supplier of relief materials shall intimate to the Director of Fire Services, in Form D and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director of Fire Services shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
