Application for registration.—Every custodian of securities carrying on the custody of securities shall make an application for registration to the Securities Appellate Tribunal in Form H, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every register of transactions held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
