Intimation of change.—Every custodian of securities shall intimate to the Securities Appellate Tribunal, in Form H and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Securities Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
