Fees.—The fee of two hundred rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of five hundred rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the District Vigilance and Monitoring Committee by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form V; and the District Vigilance and Monitoring Committee shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within thirty days of its receipt.
