Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any ticketing agent dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Chief Commissioner of Railway Safety in Form C, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of consignments then held; and the Chief Commissioner of Railway Safety shall enter the intimation in the register within seven days of its receipt.
