Surrender of certificate.—Every company issuing shares who ceases to carry on the issue of share certificates shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Registrar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every adjudication held by him has been disposed of.
