Surrender of certificate.—Every trading house who ceases to carry on the export of goods as a trading house shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form SEZ-2 of the manner in which every letter of permission held by him has been disposed of.
