Intimation of change.—Every common carrier shall intimate to the Transport Commissioner, in Form 4 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Transport Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
