Application for registration.—Every dealer in wild animal articles carrying on dealing in wild animal articles shall make an application for registration to the Chief Wild Life Warden in Form II, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every register of consents held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
