Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer in wild animal articles who ceases to carry on dealing in wild animal articles shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Wild Life Warden in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every sample of effluent held by him has been disposed of.
