Safe custody.—Every dealer in wild animal articles shall keep every monitoring report to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where dealing in wild animal articles is carried on, shall record in Form II the description of every monitoring report so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Chief Wild Life Warden within sixty days of the close of each year.
