Application for registration.—Every owner carrying on the holding of land shall make an application for registration to the Land Acquisition Officer in Form 7, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every notice of acquisition held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
