Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a sewage treatment plant who ceases to carry on the treatment of sewage shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Irrigation Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every sample of water held by him has been disposed of.
