Intimation of change.—Every operator of a sewage treatment plant shall intimate to the Irrigation Authority, in Form F and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Irrigation Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
