Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any institution accredited by the Council dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in Form H, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every record of proceedings then held; and the Government of Himachal Pradesh shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
