Surrender of certificate.—Every unorganised worker who ceases to carry on work in the unorganised sector shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Medical Benefit Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 1 of the manner in which every contribution held by him has been disposed of.
