Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the keeper of an eating house shall apply to the State Government in Form III for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the State Government shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
