Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of an eating house who ceases to carry on the keeping of an eating house shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Government in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
