Surrender of certificate.—Every employer who ceases to carry on the employment of workmen shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Inspector in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
