Application for registration.—Every owner of a brick kiln carrying on the working of a brick kiln shall make an application for registration to the Central Board in Form VI, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every transit pass held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
