Intimation of change.—Every owner of a brick kiln shall intimate to the Central Board, in Form VIII and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Central Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
