Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a shelter for the homeless who ceases to carry on the running of a shelter for the homeless shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Rehabilitation Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every facility held by him has been disposed of.
