Correction of entries.—The Rehabilitation Council may, on an application made in Form IV by any operator of a shelter for the homeless or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than one hundred and twenty days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
