Intimation of change.—Every operator of a shelter for the homeless shall intimate to the Rehabilitation Council, in Form I and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Rehabilitation Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
