Application for registration.—Every operator of a shelter for the homeless carrying on the running of a shelter for the homeless shall make an application for registration to the Rehabilitation Council in Form III, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every assistive device held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
