Surrender of certificate.—Every insurer who ceases to carry on the carrying on of insurance business shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Tariff Advisory Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-3 of the manner in which every proposal form held by him has been disposed of.
