Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these rules shall be served on the contractor supplying employees to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form 10, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority shall record the manner and the date of service within thirty days of the service.
